Please click on the image to submit your 23-24 school year enrollment application. Once submitting your application we ask that you please give us 2-3 business days to contact you with an enrollment decision on your application. Once accepted into our preschool program you will receive your welcome packet which will include the following information:

Welcome Letter
Tuition Agreement:
Proof of Identity: (No signature needed) The child's birth certificate or passport will satisfy this enrollment requirement. We will make a copy to place in your child's file at the preschool office.
VA Health Form- Click Here: Please be sure that page 1 is completed in its entirety by you. Pages 2-4 are for your child's pediatrician to complete.

Please note: In order to secure your spot the documents listed above must be submitted by the date listed on your paperwork along with your enrollment fees. All checks can be written out to Old Bridge Preschool, we can also bill you via your online account.

One important program that sets Old Bridge Preschool apart from other high-quality early education providers is our Tuition Assistance Program. This program is an effort to offset childcare costs for families who may not be able to afford the tuition. Assistance is provided to families who qualify as funds become available.
