CURRICULUM
The blended curricula at OBP offer full excitement and plenty of room for discovery and play. Using a fully individualized approach, children are exposed to the basic social and academic concepts that they will need for advanced instruction in their later years of education and beyond. We never underestimate the capabilities of very young children to grasp, process, and interpret information. In addition to grasping concepts, our wonderful teachers work with the individual child at their own pace and comfort level so that they finish each year with major milestones achieved.

Preschool 2 Program
24months-3years
Our Preschool 2 Program is designed to move children forward in their development. Teachers will nurture each child's curiosity through the exploration of the following learning areas: language, cognitive, physical, and emotional development.

Preschool 3 Program
3years-4years
Our Preschool 3 curriculum integrates play-based and formal learning to gently introduce students to a traditional classroom setting. Through the use of daily lesson plans, we focus on developmentally appropriate themes and activities that provide a nurturing environment for exploration and learning. Your child will learn about science, be creative through art and music, define spatial relationships through build activities, and develop large and small muscles while building a great foundation for Pre-K.

Pre-Kindergarten Program
4years-5years
Our PK class is designed to prepare your 4 or 5-year-old for Kindergarten. Our emergent-based curriculum and lesson plans target all the current standards for Kindergarten readiness. In addition to the curriculum, our program components form a playful and inspiring environment, allowing children to blossom and grow to their fullest potential. Each Pre-K classroom is made up of small grouped learning stations in which students may partake throughout the school day. Some stations include dramatic play, arts and crafts, fine motor activities, building blocks, literacy centers, mathematics, large motor skills, and social-emotional development activities.

Frog Street Curriculum
Frog Street is a fun, interactive curriculum that focuses on early brain development research, intentional instruction, developmental learning domains, and an emphasis on social and emotional development. Each domain topic comes with a literature library, photo activity cards, manipulatives, art activities, and much more!

Summer Camp
Our mission is to encourage a cooperative environment that focuses on the camper’s social, emotional, and physical development. We want campers to experience all aspects of learning while participating in a variety of fun and engaging activities that promote a great environment for your child! Our Camp Leaders bring lots of enthusiasm to ensure a summer full of fun, creativity and learning.
